Return & Exchange Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below or email us directly at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days. Do not ship items without this authorization number.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully pack all items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to our warehouse address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package for its full value.

Step 5: Confirmation & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days after processing (appears on your next statement)
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after processing
  • JCB Payments: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees (customer responsibility)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Opened Safety Gear: Helmets, Flotation and Impact Vests
  • Personal Items: Gloves
  • Custom/Built Items: Products from Build A Bar Workshop
  • Opened Hardware: Kite Leashes, Hardware items
  • Used Products: Any item showing signs of use or wear

Defective items: If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] for resolution.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Quick Exchanges: For faster processing, you can place a new order for the desired item and return the original one separately.

International Returns

Since we ship globally (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas), please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Return processing may take additional time for international shipments
  • Refunds will be issued in US dollars – exchange rates may affect the final amount
